Even though many take up different stands in this discussion, the answer for the question is simply straight, Windows 8 would be the best choice for you as all games available for Windows 7 operating system can also be run in the Windows 8 operating system; you will be able to run futuristic new releases on your computer if you have the Windows 8 installed.
As some of the games now available support only the new Windows 8 Metro interface, Windows 8 will be the best choice in the debate between Windows 7 vs Windows 8, as Windows 7 will not be able to run these games.
